September Family Alliance Meeting – Fall Festival Planning
- Began planning for our Fall Festival, which will be held outdoors on the RVCS school grounds.
- Our vision is to have tents set up with a different activity under each tent for families to participate in.
- Rather than a potluck, we will keep refreshments simple with cider donuts and apple cider.
- We are looking for donations of small pumpkins for the event.
- We will look into renting a popcorn machine.
- Megan Mancuso will lead the Fall Festival and help coordinate the event. We are looking for an additional volunteer to lead the event.
- Join us at our next Family Alliance meeting on October 6 at 7:00 PM to help plan activities, coordinate volunteers, and bring the Fall Festival together!
